This program of a cappella women’s voices centers around the great “O” Antiphons—seven texts that reflect tremendous optimism and hope during the year’s darkest days. IM will perform songs and carols inspired by these ancient texts, including The O Antiphons by Wolfgang Plagge, a work imbued with moments of intense yearning, peaceful contemplation, and exuberant joy.
